Hacienda Love Portrait Fine Art Print

Spaces and places play a huge part in the House music story – where would we be without forward-thinking clubs and producers in Chicago, Detroit, New York and… Manchester? In the UK, acid house established a foothold in indoor venues as rave culture came under increasing pressure from the law. Early adopters (especially the Mancunians) brought together music, design and fashion to set trends others would follow the world over. This love of fresh sounds, styles and a freedom of expression in the late 1980s and early 90s created a melting pot of influential culture that shaped the music we know and love today.
